Oliver Robinson has been our salesman for our last two Rav 4s. We will never go to another salesman. He was accommodating & knowledgeable working for Spradley/Barr and Ken Garff. He never pressures for a sale. Today we needed help with a refund from a Spradley/Barr warranty. He came through when no one else could help us. I am very satisfied with the service department at Ken Garff Toyota Cheyenne. The tech did excellent work to repair the electrical issues (rodent damage) on my Tundra and John was very professional in communicating with me about time-line and cost estimates. I also chose to participate in their "Advantage Care" service program which offers a great deal on oil changes and tire rotation.
