Just want to give a shout out about the amazing customer service at Ken Garff Toyota in Cheyenne. Especially Jordan Catalano in the service department and Destiny Davison and Hayden Tomison in the sales department. I had a problem with my tailgate that was caused by another business. They all worked with me to resolve and fix the problem. Destiny helped restore my remote features for my phone app. They all went the extra mile to have a happy customer.

This was a real treat. I am always a bit concerned when I go to car shops alone that they will take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. This was not the case. Caused my oil pan to leak during an Oil Change. Leak was noticed after picking up the truck. Brought back to dealer who then tried to say it would not be covered by them. They eventually fixed the oil pan on their own dime, but had the truck for a full month. A FULL MONTH without a vehicle. No loaner, no rental, NOTHING. All of this for their incompetence. Never use this dealer. Sales is shady and service is worthless. They should not be a franchisee for any auto manufacturer.

I was looking to purchase a new truck and working with Katie made the whole process pleasant and she worked tirelessly to get us what we wanted. The truck was actually in Greeley but she took care of everything and got me the truck I wanted. No pressure to try and sell me on something else. 100% recommend and ask for Katie!

My car has a recall on it, I was told this would take about two hours to repair. They came and picked up my car around 7am, said I would have it back by end of day at the latest. I called around noon to check on the status of repairs, was told they didn't have an update for me and to call back later. So it's now past four at this point, I'm sitting at work with no ride or way home, and I get told the job is going into tomorrow, they had no loaners to provide, and I just had to be patient. Coincidently, each and every manager goes home before 4pm, at least from both what I was told and the amount of voicemails I was sent to. I'm not from here, I don't have access to another vehicle or know someone that does, so now I'm paying out of pocket for an Uber to and from everywhere on top of trying to move out of state in five days. Incredibly inconvenient, and still no one has called to take accountability or offer a workable and acceptable solution. Maybe one day I'll have a vehicle to get things done with. Do NOT give your car to these people.

Took my 2014 Tacoma with 104000 miles in to flush the radiator AND brake fluid. I have never had ANY problems with the truck. Lo and behold, after only 400 miles after job I have a brake light alert. My inspection revealed low brake fluid. I added 13 ounces and resolved the problem AND there are NO LEAKS I can observe that caused the brake alert. CONCLUSION: Insufficient refilling AFTER the 'supposed' brake flush. (Did they REALLY perform the flush?). Sure makes ya wonder! Summary - check the vehicle before ya leave the dealer. Don't 'assume' anything.

* After posting my review I was contacted the next to set up a time to get a new key fob. No communication with customers. I bought a vehicle from this location in January. The advertisement stated the SUV came with 2 sets of keys. I received 1 set as was waiting for the previous owner to return the 2nd set. I have contacted the dealership and they stated they wouldn't provide the second set but I could purchase one for $500. I have contacted the dealership multiple times, spoke with multiple people who stated they couldn't give me the answer but would follow-up with management. I have had zero communication back. The last time I called, I requested the owners phone number or if I could speak with him (he was at the dealership when I purchased the vehicle and was told he was there all the time). I was told a message would be taken and someone would call me back. Never happened! I feel since the vehicle was advertised as 2 key sets, they should stand by their ad. Of course the dealership kept all the advertising that was placed on the window and the online ad was removed so I have nothing else to prove. I had poor service at the Greeley location as well. Apparently the company doesn't feel customer service is important.

Had to haggle a lot on a trade-in in excellent shape that is 2 years old with 16,800 miles. Then all of the up selling. On the sticker on the car, the Cheyenne Package for $1,990 is optional, that is false. $1,195 is required no matter what. Came in at 915am, all paperwork signed by 1235pm. I took the old car to get the snow tires taken off. That took 2 hours, they plan was to have the car washed, plates on when I returned. I returned and nothing has been done, not even gased up. Then they need 45 minutes to perform a software update. Then I am told it is going to a detailed due to a matte paint finish downtown. Not sure how long this will take. Dealership said they were afraid to wash it here since it is the special paint. Then another employee tells me they will wash it here in actuality. Still no ETA. To make use of my time, I had someone help me find a toolkit so I could take my plates off my trade in car. Now just need to wait for my new car. This is my third transaction from this dealership and likely last. Not sure what has changed, but major issues. I hate to say it, but take your business to Colorado!

March 9, 2024 I took delivery of my used 2019 F150 from Ken Garff Ford in Cheyenne. After driving 371 miles back to Ten Sleep, I found somethings that should have been corrected in their 172 point inspection. With help from Steve Seacrest (used car manager),Carl Blackbird(Sales manager) and Cristin(Ford sales manager) my issues with the truck have been RESOLVED. I purchased my first f150 in 1982 and many since and the team at Ken Garff Cheyenne Ford stepped up and I'm still a Ford customer for life.

I read a good review in this website about Scott Roberts, and decided I would call him to ask about a car that was on the inventory on their website. After I talk to him and stated that I found good reviews about him online and that I was interested in that vehicle that was on the lot. He said he will call me later and did not give me any more details. I waited for his call, but never came. I tried calling the dealership back and they blocked my number as if I was some kind of terrorist or infatuated guy or something who knows? The point is, I was able to verify that the block my number because I called for my wife's number and I could get through to anyone but calling from my number would give me the voicemail directly for any dealership extension, including service, sales, and this fellow Scott. I had a conversation with a different salesman about the car. I was interested in using my wife phone number and realize that they charge extremely high dock fees of $800 and a "garff" package of $2000 to all the cars they sell, which is ridiculous when you look at other dealerships, even in neighboring states such as Utah. They will post a "discount" on the online vehicles, but then they'll charge you hidden fees that more than make up for this discount. SCAM, do not buy from this dealership, especially from "Scotty" Roberts. Do your research. My job is done. Good luck.

So, I drove 40 miles fort service here, because the Greeley and Fort Collins Toyota dealers are trash. Glad I did, because Ken Garrf honored the appointment and had my car done in less than an hour. Will be driving to this dealer from now on. I can drive to Cheyenne from Fort Collins get my oil change and be back in less time then it takes to get it done locally at Pedersen or Macdonald, which is sad. Pricing is also better.

We worked with Dwight on purchasing a vehicle that was being sold as wholesale. He was able to get us a great deal and was very professional and honest throughout the process.

Financing and salesman actually accused me of having Colombian “cartel connections” & was told to “correct it.” Yes I have a Hispanic name, which brings me to question their business ethics. I contacted the federal treasury department - OFAC who immediately verified I had no such connections. Yet Garff Toyota of Cheyenne nonchalantly chooses to defame and insult a law abiding, prospective customer and walk away with an attitude. They are despicable, dismissive, and condescending. Not deserving of my business! I bought from Toyota of Laramie. They are appreciative of a good customer and treat them well.

They delivered a car to Denver, picked up my car, fixed all the issues with it and returned back to Denver. Thank you for all you have done! Original: Typical car buying experience. Push you into the vehicle and as soon as you have an issue they leave you out to dry. I purchased a vehicle and once it was off the lot I noticed a few minor issues with it. Blown speakers, loud blower motor fan, and the windshield looks like someone sandblasted it and was unnoticeable when test driving because the sun was directly above me. Called my sales rep to see what they can do and told me it was no problem and that the manager would call me back. It has now been almost 2 weeks 10-15 calls reaching multiple reps who tell me the same thing. “The manager will call you back in 15 minutes”. I am upset with my purchase and upset at the situation.

Website failure and short staff required personal visit to arrange standard lub and maintenance. They offered to work me in but I asked if I could use their Quick Lane service, and my vehicle was completely serviced and cleaned in less than 2 hours! Great job, especially considering short staff!!

Sept 28th,2023 To: Ken Garff Toyota 2300 Westland Road Cheyenne, WY 82001 Subj. Letter of Appreciation This Review is to thank your Service Dept. for the excellent job they did on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I applied a special coating on my truck the day before bringing it to your service department and I was not supposed to wash it for two days. When I checked the car into the service department, I told the service advisor not to wash my truck. Later that day when the service was complete, I came to your dealership and the truck had been washed and then parked in full sun. Needless to say the truck was covered in white spots and looked awful. The spots would not come off easily. I was a “little” irritated as it took me two days of hard work to properly apply the coating. Your Service Department came to the Rescue!! The Service Advisor stated he was busy training two new service advisors to help him and did not put the “no wash” on the work ticket or pass it to the technicians. The following individuals took the truck and properly removed the spots. Please thank the following individuals as their response was honest and professional Overall, they did a great job!! Steve Corso Jason Kilmer Josh Rafael Rivera – which may not be the name of the person who actually cleaned the truck. The person who did the work had been with Ken Garff for many years and it reflected in the pride of his work. I hope I got the name correct. Very Respectfully, PS. You may want to check the condition of washing pads that clean the cars in your car wash. It appears several of them are missing and others are worn out. If your wash bay uses a water softener, you also may want to make sure it has been serviced recently. It would be a shame to put scratches in the clear coat of vehicles.

Traveling from California to Nebraska, I needed 70K servicing of my 2018 Toyota Highlander hybrid. I called Cheyenne Toyota 1st thing on a Tuesday morning, and they scheduled me. When I rolled into their service bay an hour later, they were ready for me. My car was fully loaded down with all my travel paraphernalia, including 4 house-cats ( in cages). Cheyenne Toyota worked around all my stuff without complaint, completing a full service AND a carwash. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

But also asked good questions to make sure he was showing me vehicles that had what I wanted, not just one's for him to sell. Joseph, the finance director, was wonderful. Again, so knowledgeable but not pushy, honest and wanted what was best for me, not just sales. Could have sat and chatted with both men for hours as friends, that's how comfortable both of them made me feel. I've bought many cars over the last 25 years and this was the best experience all the way around, that I've ever had. Thank you to both men! So excited about my 4Runner!

Needed a routine oil change under my Toyota Care. They scheduled an appointment within a few days. The shuttle took me right back to work. Vehicle was done in a timely and professional manner and I think they even ran it through the car wash (?). I normally go to the dealer I purchased from, who I have absolutely no problem with, but they are out of town about an hour. I recommend both dealers, and Toyota, very highly.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. I've experienced pushy sales people from previous dealerships but Ken at the cheyenne toyota was so helpful, patient and was ready to go above and beyond. Definitely recommend and I know I'll be going there for my next car. Thanks Ken!

Went to this dealership on June 11th 2021 and bought a truck that I was assured by the salesmen Michael that it had no accidents and payed quite a bit for it… just a few days ago I find out that it did have an accident a couple weeks before I bought it and that the accident was reported when the truck had 97888 miles on it anyone want to guess how many it had on it when I bought that’s right 97888 cars take a major hit to their value usually 30% I payed 42 something for this truck and did not get what I paid for am currently looking for a civil attorney to go after this as fraud/ misrepresentation…… I would recommend seeking a new car elsewhere the dealer when contacted told me they changed there name and weren’t responsible so lawyer time I guess

I don't like the $2000 charge for the hybrid. That is definitely over priced.

Service of vehicle was good. Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation for 10k maintenance: They used to wash vehicle also, disappointed that they didn’t wash car.
